Refund Policy
MDPG offers a one-time payment of ₹49 for 6 months of paid access. There are no recurring charges.

1. Duplicate payments
If you are charged more than once for the same pass, the duplicate charges will be refunded.
2. Payment successful but access not unlocked
We will verify the payment and unlock your access, or arrange a refund if the issue cannot be resolved.
3. Technical issues
If a technical problem prevents you from using the paid service, raise a support request and we will work to resolve it. If it cannot be resolved, we will arrange a refund.
4. Change of mind
Refunds are generally not available once paid access has been activated and used, except where required by applicable law.
5. How to request a refund
Contact us within 24 hours of payment through the support page, choosing “A payment or a refund”. Please include:
- the email address you signed in with; and
- the payment or order reference.
6. Processing
Approved refunds will be initiated promptly. The time for the amount to appear in your account depends on the payment provider and your bank.
