Useful things to include
- For a missing figure: the college, course, quota and round.
- For something broken: what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. A bug report carries the page address and your browser version so it can be reproduced — you can see both in the message before you send it.
- For a payment or a refund: the email you signed in with and the payment or order reference, within 24 hours of paying. The refund policy says what is refunded.
