Disclaimer & Terms of Use

This site shows what happened in past counselling rounds. It is a reference, not an authority — official KNRUHS and MCC notifications decide what is true.

1. What this website is for

It lets you look through the seat allotments from two separate PG medical counsellings: which rank was allotted which seat, at which college, in which course, under which quota and seat type. It also shows closing ranks worked out from those allotments, and directories of the colleges and courses that appear in them.

  • KNRUHS — the Telangana state counselling under the competent authority quota, Additional Mop Up Phase for 2025-26.
  • MCC — the All India counselling for 2025, across Round 1, Round 2, Round 3 and the Stray Vacancy Round.

They are different counsellings run by different authorities, with their own seats, categories and quotas. The two are kept separate throughout this site and no page mixes them. A seat in one tells you nothing about the other.

2. It does not guarantee admission

Everything here is a record of a round that has already finished. It is not a prediction and it does not guarantee that a similar rank will be allotted a similar seat again. What a rank gets depends on counselling rules, eligibility, category, quota, the number of seats available, the preferences candidates enter and the round itself — all of which change.

3. Where the data comes from

The figures are compiled from the counselling documents the two authorities published:

  • KNRUHS — “KNRUHS PG Medical Degree/Diploma Admissions under Competent Authority Quota for the AY 2025-26 - College Wise Allotment List in Additional Mop Up Phase of Counselling”
  • MCC, Round 1 — “NEET-PG Counselling Seats Allotment -2025 Round- 1”
  • MCC, Round 2 — “Provisional NEET-PG Counselling Seats Allotment -2025 Round 2”
  • MCC, Round 3 — “Counselling Seats Allotment -2025 Round 3”
  • MCC, Stray Vacancy Round — “Provisional NEET-PG Counselling Seats Allotment -2025 Stray Vacancy Round”

Each MCC round is taken from the document MCC published for that round. Later rounds also summarise the earlier ones, but those summary columns leave out the category of the seat, so they are not used as a source. Two of the four MCC documents are headed “Provisional” by MCC itself: Round 2 and the Stray Vacancy Round.

Values are reproduced as published — they are not corrected, rounded or reinterpreted, including spellings and round numbering. Even so, transcription from a published document can carry errors, and a document can be superseded. Check anything you intend to act on against the current official notification.

4. MCC published Round 3 twice

MCC published a provisional Round 3 allotment list and then a final one two days later, with the word “Provisional” dropped from the title. This site shows the later, final list. The two differ in 27 of about 18,700 allotments: 21 ranks were given a different seat, 6 lost the seat the draft showed, and 4 gained one. If you are comparing against a copy of the earlier list, that is why a figure may not match.

5. Closing ranks are worked out here

Neither KNRUHS nor MCC published closing ranks. Each one shown on this site is calculated from the allotment list: the last rank allotted within a given college, course, quota and seat type — and, for the All India data, within a single round. They are derived figures, not official cutoffs, and they are labelled as such wherever they appear.

Most All India closing ranks rest on a single allotted seat. Where that is so the closing rank is simply that one allotment, and it says very little about what a rank will reach. The number of seats behind every closing rank is shown beside it for that reason.

6. Official information comes first

If anything on this site disagrees with a KNRUHS or MCC notification, the notification is correct and this site is wrong. The same goes for the counselling rules and schedules in force at the time. Nothing here overrides them.

7. This is an independent website

It is not run by, affiliated with or endorsed by KNRUHS, the Medical Counselling Committee, the Telangana government, the Government of India, or any college listed on it. It is an independent reference built from published documents. No fee is charged, and no part of it forms any part of either counselling process.

8. What you need to check yourself

Before you act on anything here, confirm the following from official documents, not from this site:

  • Which counselling you are eligible for, and under which quota.
  • Your eligibility for a course, college, quota or seat type.
  • Reservation and category rules, and how they apply to you.
  • Counselling dates, deadlines and required documents.
  • Fees, bonds and any service commitment attached to a seat.
  • Whether a college or course is still taking part in the current round.

9. Updates and corrections

The data may be updated or corrected. It reflects the source documents as compiled, so it will not immediately reflect every official announcement, and it may lag behind a correction published by either authority. If you spot something wrong, please tell me about it.

10. Terms of use

You are welcome to use this site for your own information. In doing so, please do not present it as an official source, do not represent it as issued by or connected to KNRUHS or MCC, and do not alter the figures and pass them off as published ones. This site is not an admission authority and cannot confirm, secure or influence any allotment.

In the KNRUHS data, candidate names and roll numbers are shown only in a masked form, and no other personal detail from the source document is published here. The MCC documents contain no candidate names and no roll numbers at all — only a rank, the seat it was allotted and the categories involved — so there was nothing to mask.

For 26 colleges, MCC writes an institutional contact address into the institute name itself. Those are kept in the data as published, so this site still matches the source document, but they are not displayed on any page.
