Closing ranks are worked out from the allotment lists. MCC did not publish these figures. Where the seat count is 1, the closing rank is that single allotment.

About this data
Where it comes from
The Medical Counselling Committee’s own allotment lists for 2025. Each round is taken from the document MCC published for that round, not from the summary columns later rounds carry:
  • Round 1 — “NEET-PG Counselling Seats Allotment -2025 Round- 1”
  • Round 2 — “Provisional NEET-PG Counselling Seats Allotment -2025 Round 2”
  • Round 3 — “Counselling Seats Allotment -2025 Round 3”
  • Stray Vacancy Round — “Provisional NEET-PG Counselling Seats Allotment -2025 Stray Vacancy Round”
Figures are reproduced as published and are not corrected or reinterpreted, including the spellings and the round numbering.
Round 3 was published twice
MCC published a provisional Round 3 list and then a final one two days later. The final list is what this site shows. The two differ in 27 of about 18,700 allotments.
Closing ranks are worked out here
MCC did not publish closing ranks. Each one shown is the last rank allotted within a college, course, quota and seat type in a single round — read off the allotment list itself. Most groups contain only one seat, and where that is so the closing rank is simply that one allotment, which says very little about what a rank will reach next time. The number of seats is shown beside every closing rank for that reason.
Candidate details
The MCC lists publish no names and no roll numbers — only a rank, the seat it was allotted and the categories involved. Nothing has been masked here because there was nothing to mask.
Institutional email addresses
MCC writes a contact address into the institute name itself for 26 colleges. Those are kept in the data exactly as published, so this site still matches the source document, but they are not shown on screen — republishing a contact address to every visitor is a different thing from recording it.
Seat category and candidate category are different things
The seat type is the category of the seat. The candidate category is the category of the person who was allotted it. They are frequently not the same, and the two are never merged here.
These are records, not predictions
Every figure is what happened in a past round. What a rank will get next time depends on counselling rules, eligibility, category, quota, seat availability, preferences and the round itself.
